How Y-Not Collective came to life?
Angelina García and Ivonne Kinser met in their twenties while doing business and instantly recognized a shared spark. The same unstoppable drive, the same restless curiosity, the same obsession with rewriting the rules of every industry they touch.
For the next three decades, they each built remarkable careers on their own. Angelina grew into a global entrepreneur, founding and leading a manufacturing and design powerhouse headquartered in Miami with offices in China and India. Ivonne thrived in corporate America, building marketing strategies for iconic brands through global advertising agencies like McCann Worldwide, and later from within companies such as American Airlines, Haggar Clothing, and Avocados From Mexico before founding her own marketing ventures. Thirty years later, they decided to join forces merging their experience, companies, and global teams into one powerful ecosystem.
They brought together their brands Y-NOT Design & Manufacturing, Vantage Innovation lab, Bridge by Design, BrandME Studios, and BrandifyME to offer an integrated suite of services that covers every stage of brand creation and growth, while reinventing the way promotional products are used: not as swag, but as powerful tools for brand storytelling and connection.
With over 60 years of combined experience, a team of more than 50 professionals across the U.S., India, China, and Venezuela, and capabilities spanning concept development, product design, manufacturing, global sourcing, distribution, brand identity, e-commerce, & marketing.
